5. ... constantly sleep deprived.

Chronic lack of sleep, the scourge of a modern fast-paced lifestyle, painfully hits the most diverse systems of the body, from digestive to nervous. But in addition, lack of sleep, you provoke premature aging, the appearance of age spots and acne, preventing the skin from properly recovering.

6. ... sit and sleep incorrectly.

Here we are talking not so much about the face as about the neck, wrinkles on which also betray age. Improper posture imperceptibly forms folds on the neck, which eventually turn into deep wrinkles.

As for sleep, from the point of view of wrinkles, sleep on the back will be the most correct - those who like to sleep on their stomach and side, willy-nilly, contribute to the appearance of unwanted wrinkles on the face and neck.

7. ... constantly get nervous and work too much.

Stress, perhaps, can be safely called one of the main destroyers of our health. Cortisol, a stress hormone, reduces the skin's ability to retain moisture, which again over time leads to the appearance of unwanted wrinkles.

Sorry, say "don't be nervous!" much easier than executing this command.
