Carolina Herrera is one of the few designers who for many years remains faithful to their style without subjecting it to short-term changes in favor of fleeting trends.
In the new spring collection of the brand, silhouettes are traced, suggesting at the same time a social event, Scarlett O'Hara, horse racing and Mediterranean cruises. This time, the Basque ball rules - this repeating element adorns a number of models. Another detail - strips of different shapes and types - just remind of the marine theme, albeit unobtrusively: for example, stripes of multi-colored sequins look very unusual.
The designer gives a clear preference to the lengths of midi and maxi, and special emphasis is placed on wide trousers that create an intriguing silhouette.
The popularity of the trend prevailing in the current season does not fade - in the spring of next year, open shoulders are only welcome.
Primary colors: white, black, ivory, navy, indigo and red. Materials: silk, cotton, tweed, organza, denim and fur.
